Progress report note form styling
Fixed
- Improved contrast and visible field borders on the instructor report-note form, including its sharing button and keyboard focus indicators.
Shared instructor notes for progress reports
Added
- Instructors and authorized school administrators can share an overall summary or a note about a specific ACS task from the student's progress report.
- Linked parents and sponsors can read shared notes, with author names and dates, in their portal. Shared notes also appear on the printable progress report; existing private coaching notes are not automatically published.
Improved
- Report notes save without navigating away. Authors and authorized administrators can withdraw a shared note while retaining its history.
Security and Student Privacy overview
Added
- A public Security & Student Privacy page describing current storage and access controls, account protections, and institutional review considerations. Available through the Security link in the footer.
Privacy Policy wording update
Changed
- Updated the Privacy Policy introduction to remove outdated starter/beta wording and display its last-updated date. The existing privacy disclosures remain unchanged.
Release history and school workspace improvements

- A public release history with numbered versions, release dates, and notes for everyone using Pilot Training Tracker.
- A printable instructor and student roster for school administrators, with CSV export.
- School resource folders that resource managers can restrict to selected staff members.

- The logbook airport map starts as a small thumbnail and can be expanded to view flight connections.
- The school weather status bar sits directly below the main menu, can be hidden, and stays out of the way when no rules are configured.
