Terms that govern use of the platform

By accessing or using the platform, the user, school, or organization agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If a user is using the platform on behalf of a school or business, that person represents that they have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Pilot Training Tracker is intended to support aviation training operations, including student progress tracking, instructor workflows, school administration, messaging, document handling, quiz delivery, endorsements, and related operational records.

The platform is an operational tool and not a substitute for instructor judgment, regulatory compliance review, legal advice, or direct flight training oversight.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts. Schools and administrators may manage, archive, recover, or deactivate users within their organization according to platform permissions.

The platform operator may suspend or disable accounts or schools if needed for security, support, abuse prevention, nonpayment, or legal compliance.

Users agree not to:

misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access;

upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious material;

use the platform to falsify training records or misrepresent endorsements, qualifications, or evaluations; or

use the service in a way that violates applicable law, aviation regulations, or school policy.

Schools and instructors remain responsible for the accuracy of records, correctness of endorsements, compliance with FAA requirements, retention of required documentation, and suitability of training decisions. The platform helps organize information but does not independently certify legal or regulatory sufficiency.

Users retain ownership of the information they submit, subject to the rights necessary for the platform to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that information in order to operate the service.

Schools are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for the student, instructor, and operational data they place into the platform.

The platform may change, evolve, or be updated at any time. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or device, or that the platform will always be error-free.

If the platform is being used in beta, preview, or pilot testing, users acknowledge that some features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. Beta features may contain bugs or produce unexpected behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Use of the platform is at the user’s and school’s own risk, and all training decisions remain the responsibility of the appropriate instructors and school personnel.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these terms are violated, if a school account is inactive, or if continued access would create legal, operational, or security risk.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are made available constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
